Deposit Payment

To secure the booking we require your email confirmation to book the villa. We will send you a pro forma invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payments will be made by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or by Credit Card in US Dollars.

Balance payment

The balance of payment must be done the day of arrival (or before).

Payments by Bank Transfert or Credit Card

Online Credit Card Payments are subjects to additional 5% fees per payment. Contact us if you wish to pay by credit card.
For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we will inform you of our bank account details by email. Any bank fees are to be applied to your own bank account.

As all villa bookings are on a first come first serve basis, we recommend that you settle the payment as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your written confirmation to book a villa we can hold the villa booking open for 5 workings days to allow for the process of payment.
